Improved Product Costing Testimonial

Jack Thompson of The Thompson Group reorganized the cost accounting and production reporting systems for the food processing company where I am the VP of Sales & Marketing.  Jack established a process for estimating costs to support price quotations for new products that allowed us to analyze and understand all of the costs involved in making informed pricing decisions, which costs were relevant to those decisions, and how those costs would behave given changes in the product mix, production volume, and production processes that would occur as a result of accepting large, new orders.
